                • Pretty good - actually completed a lot of work (despite being down on Monday)

                  • Be up to date in Mechanism of brain development lecture
                  • Read 4 hours of neuroscience textbook
                  • Read 2 hours of tonal theory
                  • Spend 1 hour on follow up for Rationality Retreat
                  • Write a blogpost about “Is the brain misaligned: a working example of Mesa Optimizers, Inner- and Outer Misalignment”
                  • Actually I didn’t complete any of my weekly goals (maybe the second one.)
                  • It just made more sense to catch up in Philosophy of Mind and Logic, as well as reading Ultralearning gave me huge boost.
                  • Reading Tonal theory: could have done more of it, but feels weird to have goals in “enjoying myself”.
                  • Worked on a bug of mine.
                  • Didn’t write the blog post, because I worked on another post and on university.
                  • Makes more sense because fo Exams!
                  • Planned my summer!
              1. Why was I so efficient this week as compared to the last one? What enabled me to reach my goals this week?
                  • Consistency in working 4 hours a day.
              1. What did you learn last week?
                  • I discovered a pattern in my data. That I often work 4 - 5+ hours (deep work) on any given day and on subsequent days I always work consistently less and see a downwards trend.
                  • Consistency is key - I was surprised that I worked so much this week, but didn’t feel like I did.
                  • Habits and routines begin to form on their own? Maybe I was just too hard pressed to create habits and when I stopped trying, they just showed up on their own.
                    • E.g. programming and Anki
                  • Beeminder works exceptionally well, when I am barely over the red line.

                  • Planning unnecessary goals, that don’t play into what I want to get done.
